Tour program
Day 1. Kathmandu - Mantali
Group meeting in Kathmandu. We buy the missing equipment, hold a general organizational meeting and have lunch in one of the atmospheric restaurants in Kathmandu. After lunch we leave for the small town of Mantali, from where flights to the Everest conservation area take place. We stop there for the night.
Day 2. Mantali - Lukla - Phakding
Early in the morning we take a short but very memorable flight to Lukla (20-30 minutes), between hills and snowy peaks. After a short introductory walk and breakfast, we hit the road. The track begins! Today our destination is the village of Phakding, the path to which goes past the Tadokola River. Rising above its banks, we will see the first snowy peak on this trek - the majestic Kusum-Kangaru (6639 meters).
Day 3. Phakding - Namche Bazaar
Following the path of the high-altitude Dudkoshi River, today we will cross a large number of picturesque suspension bridges, and after half a day of travel, we will find ourselves at the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park, on the territory of which Everest is located. As we delve deeper into the National Park, the landscapes around us become more and more majestic, and soon the legendary Everest appears in the distance for the first time, and with it two other Titans - Kwangde (6187) and Lhotse ( 8516). In the afternoon we reach Namche Bazaar.
Day 4. Namche Bazaar
Today we have an acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar. This is a fairly large settlement by mountain standards; about 1,100 Nepalese live here. In this village we can enjoy all the fruits of civilization before further climbing up: there are coffee shops and bakeries with traditional Nepalese pastries, shops and markets with everything you need. We will definitely go up above the village - the views from here are fantastic: you will see Ama Dablam, Nuptze, Thamserku and other peaks. Closer to noon, we make a longer acclimatization climb to the highest hotel in the area, where we can have a hearty lunch overlooking Everest.
Day 5. Namche Bazaar - Tengboche
The days of the trek, stunning in their beauty and intensity, begin. We will follow a winding mountain path, through a forest of firs, blue pines, rhododendrons, magnolias and birches, with a mesmerizing view of 5 giant snow-capped peaks over 7 and 8 thousand meters high. With each step taken, the mountains will seem closer. After the crossing, the main shrine of this part of the country awaits us - the Tengboche Monastery, around which the settlement of the same name was built. During the service in the monastery, you can receive a blessing from the lama for a successful hike to the Everest base camp, which is what all trekkers who come here take advantage of. This place is surrounded on all sides by mountain peaks, which you can see in all their glory during the acclimatization hike in the surrounding area.
Day 6. Tengboche - Dingboche
We continue our way to more serious heights. We pass the last green thickets of rhododendron and leave the forest zone. The landscapes around us become more and more epic. Having visited several of the oldest stupas and monasteries of the region along the way, we reach the village of Pheriche. Due to its favorable location, the sun's rays illuminate this place until late in the evening, and from here you can watch stunning sunsets against the backdrop of the peaks of Island Peak (6189 m), Peak 38 (7591 m) and Lhotse (8501 m).
Day 7. Dingboche
After breakfast, we will have an acclimatization walk to Mount Nangkartchang. Here we will have an impressive view of the eight-thousander Makalu (8463 m) and the summit of Ama Dablam (6856 m). A radial exit with an ascent to 5000 m and a descent to the overnight place will help the body master the necessary altitude and allow it to adapt. This will significantly increase the likelihood of a successful ascent to Kala Patthar (5545 m).
Day 8. Dingboche - Lobuche
Today we will reach the village of Lobuche, where the beauty of the landscape literally takes your breath away. Here, the grandiose Khumbu glacier, which has been hanging from Everest for several thousand years, appears before travelers for the first time.
Day 9. Lobuche - Gorakshep - Everest Base Camp
We move towards Gorakshep - the highest permanent settlement in the area. A few hours of travel awaits us with an excellent view of the Khumbu glacier. We will pass by the famous "pyramid" - an active Italian research station built in 1991. As you can understand from the name, it has the shape of a glass pyramid, which, surrounded by snowy peaks and glaciers, makes a rather surreal impression. After Gorakshep, the culmination of our journey awaits us - the long-awaited Everest Base Camp!
Day 10. Kala Patar - Lobuche
Today we will climb another famous peak - Kala Patar, which offers a view that you will remember for the rest of your life and will proudly tell your friends about it. In front of you, at the closest possible distance, will rise Ama Dablam (6812), Cholatse (6440), Kantega (6782), Pumori (7161), Nuptse (7861) and, of course, from here the best view of the beautiful Everest itself (8848). The ascent will be made early in the morning. Those who are already tired and do not want to climb can rest and then go with the group down to Lobuche.
Day 11. Lobuche - Portse
From Lobuche we continue down to Portse via a different route, through picturesque villages with stunning views of the twin peaks of Taboche and Cholatse. These giants tower over the desolate, Martian landscape of this place, where there were once a huge number of now-vanished glaciers. Today we will see the beautiful Ama Dablam again, this time from its most advantageous angle, as an almost perfect snow-covered pyramid. Another hour or so on the road - and we will have the opportunity to explore the very beautiful high-mountain lake Cholatse, surrounded by high cliffs.
Day 12. Portse - Namche Bazaar
We continue our descent towards Lukla along completely different paths - our route does not repeat itself. On the contrary, new, previously unseen landscapes await you. We move along a narrow mountain path, winding over a wide-spreading canyon, at the very bottom of which flows the cold Tamkoshi River. You will remember the beautiful morning and evening landscapes of local villages for a long time.
Day 13. Namche Bazaar - Lukla
Civilization is beginning to return, because in Namche Bazaar we are awaited by the return of delicious pastries, fresh coffee and other small pleasures that become so valuable high in the mountains. For those who are not tired and are ready to continue their journey, from Namche it is also possible to organize a radial exit to the village of Thame, located among the expanses of alpine meadows under Mount Kongde Ri.
Day 14. Lukla - Mantali - Kathmandu
Flight Lukla - Manthali and transfer to Kathmandu. Flights from Lukla to Kathmandu are sometimes cancelled due to bad weather, so we recommend you allow an extra day or two in case we fail to leave on time. If we do leave on time, this will be your free day in Kathmandu.
Day 15. Spare day
Day 16. Flight home

Our price for trekking is the best on the market, it is 20% lower than competitors' prices, while we provide the same package of services. We achieve such favorable conditions through long-term cooperation with our partners in Nepal.

4. Author's route

Our treks in Nepal are different from the standard ones, we always try to offer you the best that there is on a particular route and discard boring or less interesting places.

5. Proper acclimatization

We pay great attention to acclimatization of the body in the mountains, for this we have three separate days, in which we will climb and test new heights, and then descend back down. Most groups ignore this crucial preparatory part before climbing to Camp and only use one acclimatization day, which makes your climb much less comfortable.
